Q. How do we cook our pigs and why?
A. The pig is cooked slowly to ensure that the meat tastes succulent and retains its flavour. This process can take up to 9 hours depending on the weight of the pig. Throughout the cooking period the temperature is monitored at regular intervals
Q. Where do we cook your Hog Roast?
A. The meat is cooked at our base in Botley. It is transported to the venue in the oven/machine.
Q. Where do you source your meat?
A. All the meat is from local producers and the pigs are bred free range. We pride ourselves in the quality of the meat we use.
