1. A deposit is required. This confirms your booking.  A receipt will be issued. The deposit is not normally refundable. In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel the deposit will be refunded.
   
   
2. A rare occurrence is the spine of the pig breaking resulting in part or all of the hog falling off the spit bar.
   
   The meat is not affected by this rare incident in any health or hygiene aspect. The fact that this possibility is beyond our control means we will not normally give a discount for this occurrence.
   
   
3. Our staff will taste test at every event to ensure our high standard of quality is retained.
   
   
4. It is our hosts responsibility to ensure the safety of children & pets.
   
   
5. Only people authorized and accompanied by a staff member may enter the area in which we are working due to the hazardous nature of some of the equipment we use.
